I used this as a dry brush to expholiate my face before cleansing and moisturizing (moisturizing was a must after use) and I loved it. I used this as a dry brush to expholiate my face before cleansing and moisturizing (moisturizing was a must after use) and I loved it. My skin felt so smooth and I noticed fewer blemishes after just a few days. Then I decided to try using it as directed by getting it wet. The first few times it was nice, I was able to combine expholiating and cleansing which saved time and it didn't feel as rough (even though I like the feeling of expholiating). I was so careful about drying but within a week there was a bad smell, I tried repeatedly using brush cleaner and drying it out which helped a little but nowhere near enough for me to feel okay using it on my face. I do plan on buying another once it's in budget, but I plan on keeping it as far away from water as possible. Long story short: Amazing and eco friendly tool for expholiating, do not get it wet!

I absolutely love this brush, it's the perfect daily exfoliator tool! The brush is comfortable in the hand and the slight texture on the end offers just the right amount of grip. In order to help the bristles dry, I lay the brush sideways on the lid (instead of closing it completely and not allowing air flow to the bristles.) I really only close it completely when using it while traveling. Highly recommend!!
